Attendees of the event will be required to act within the Dorset Plane Pull’s Code of Conduct, any individuals refusing to abide by these Codes will be asked to leave the site. We request that all individuals involved in this years event follow our Protect and Respect COVID code of conduct and ensure that they understand what is detailed within.
The Dorset Plane Pull may, at its absolute discretion cancel the annual event due to the Pandemic, it may also vary any space, facilities, entertainment, or the maximum site capacity numbers.
Undertake your own health risk assessment
Considering if you wish to travel to and attend the event (taking into account your own age and any health conditions or vulnerabilities) and if you are unwell or displaying symptoms please think twice about travelling to the event.
Wash your hands frequently
When you arrive on site at the event please ensure that you frequently and throughout the day wash your hands and use hand sanitiser.
Observe respiratory etiquette
Always cover your mouth if you need to cough or sneeze.
Follow all health and safety measures
Follow all event signage and the instructions of staff, officials, the police or other emergency services present at the Dorset Plane Pull at all times.
Be patient and be kind
Respect the safety and wellbeing of others and be courteous towards those that may still want space or to wear a face covering.
Consider other people’s circumstances
Please be aware that everyones situations are different and respect each individuals personal choices to keep both themselves and others safe.
Give each other space and respect as you move around the festival site
Allow space when queuing for food and drinks, at entry and through the registration process.
