Below are our beneficiary charities involved in the 2023 Plane Pull. We are now accepting interest for this year.

If you've formed your team but don't know who to pull for, have a look at our list of charities. We've got a really wonderful selection so you'll be sure to find a cause close to your heart.

Once you've found the charity your team want to raise money for, simply get in touch with the charity directly. You can use the links on our website. Thereafter a representative from the chosen charity will be in touch to help get your team ready to pull on the big day.

This years supported charities

Blesma

Blesma are the only national Service charity that supports limbless veterans for the duration of their lives, offering financial and emotional support to them and their families so that they can lead independent and fulfilling lives. Since WW1 Blesma have worked tirelessly to guarantee that our limbless veterans are not failed, forgotten or to left to fend for themselves. The charity also supports ex-service men and women who have lost the use of a limb(s), sight, or hearing.  

CHAMP1 UK

Was created to improve the lives of those affected by the ultra-rare genetic condition CHAMP1. They aim to offer a community for parents of children with developmental delay, hypotonia, cerebral palsy, autism, epilepsy and a long list of other diagnoses resulting from a change in the CHAMP1 gene. With a mission to improve the lives of those affected through funding clinical research to understand better the effect of CHAMP1 gene disorders and work towards developing treatments. The charity strives to raise awareness both publicly and in the medical community.

Churchill Foundation

The charitable arm of Churchill Retirement Group, they are dedicated to giving something back to the communities in which they work. The charity foucuses on supporting local community, as well as national, charitable organisations through Grant giving and fundraising. The Foundation aims to transform people’s lives through investing in three fundamental areas: the relief of sickness, disease and human suffering, the promotion of health amongst the elderly and the support and wellbeing of the young.

Kirsty Louise Streek Foundation

Raises money to grant to organisations supporting Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer and Sarcoma and provides grants for individuals with cancer who need support with better quality wigs, wig styling, hair care and beauty treatment, to ensure Cancer patients have the confidence to enjoy their lives. They work hard to keep giving the best opportunities for those living life with Cancer or Multiple Sclerosis.
